Who this is
This website and the services described on it belong to Good Hypnotherapy LLC, the practice of Eugene Berezin, MS, SUDPT, RHt, licensed in Washington State (#HYPN.HP.70073119), 915 E Spruce St, Seattle, WA 98122.
What the service is, and is not
I provide clinical hypnotherapy for pain. It is a complementary approach that supports medical care and does not replace it. It is not psychotherapy, not medical treatment and not addiction treatment. Nothing on this site diagnoses or treats a condition, and I don't guarantee any outcome. Have new or changing pain assessed by a physician, and never stop or change prescribed treatment without talking to your prescriber. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or call 911.
Becoming a client
Work starts after you complete the intake and consent forms and I confirm that what you are bringing is something I work with. I don't work on pain that has not been medically assessed, during active psychosis, with certain dissociative conditions, or with anyone in crisis, and I will tell you if that is the case and where to go instead.
Sessions, payment and cancellations
Sessions are online by video. Individual sessions are $250 for 60 minutes and the weekly group session is $100 a person, each paid when you book. I don't bill insurance. You can use an HSA or FSA card, and I can give you a superbill; reimbursement is up to your plan. Please give 24 hours' notice to reschedule without charge. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
If you pay privately and don't use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what the work will cost.
Recordings
The recordings I make for you are for your personal use. Please don't share or resell them, and don't listen to them while driving or doing anything that needs your attention.
This website
The writing here is general information, not advice for your situation. Please don't republish it without asking. Links to other sites are there because they are useful, not because I vouch for everything on them. How your information is handled is in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions go through the contact page.
