This site is operated by Good Hypnotherapy LLC, the practice of Eugene Berezin, MA, Registered Hypnotherapist, Registered Hypnotherapist in Washington State (#HYPN.HP.70073119).
Health information
All intake forms, clinical notes, session video and personalised recordings are handled inside SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform. Session booking and payment are handled through Calendly and its payment processor, which receive only the details needed to schedule and take payment — no clinical information. Your health information is stored there, not on this website. This website collects no health information and has no forms of its own — every appointment request is handed off to SimplePractice, whose privacy practices govern that data.
What this website collects
This site is static. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. Your hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operational purposes. If web analytics are enabled in future, they will be privacy-respecting and disclosed here.

- Google Fonts — typefaces, served from Google's CDN

Confidentiality in practice
I do not discuss clients. Testimonials on this site are published with written permission and reduced to initials. No client story is used in marketing, teaching or social media without explicit written consent, which you are free to decline or withdraw.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your record, request corrections, or ask that your information be deleted subject to the record-retention obligations that apply to health records in Washington State. Ask through your client portal.
