Online hypnotherapy for pain, worldwide
Wherever you are, in a room where you will not be interrupted, with headphones on. That is the whole requirement. Sessions run by secure video in English or Russian.
What you need
- A private room, uninterrupted for an hour
- Headphones — these make a real difference
- A comfortable chair or your bed

Pain work suits video unusually well
For most therapeutic modalities, remote delivery costs you something. For hypnosis it costs you very little and gives you several things back.
You have your eyes closed for the majority of the session. What matters is my voice, the pacing and the suggestions — and those travel down a connection perfectly intact.
The advantages are real, not consolation
- You practise in the room where you need it. The associations between your bedroom, my voice and a settled nervous system get built directly, rather than being learned in an office and then transferred.
- No travel on a bad day. The days you most need a session are exactly the days you would least want to get in a car.
- You are already comfortable. Your own chair, your own temperature, your own blanket. Nobody relaxes optimally in a stranger's waiting room.
- You can get up afterwards and stay in it. No abrupt return to traffic ten minutes after coming out of trance.
- Geography stops mattering. Clinical hypnotherapists who specialise in pain are not evenly distributed across the world. This removes that problem.
How international clients tend to use this
Most work in a concentrated block — weekly sessions for six to eight weeks, building the skill and the recordings — and then move to occasional maintenance. Because the recording does the daily work, you are not dependent on frequent appointments in an awkward time zone.
I am on Pacific time. Mornings here suit European clients well; evenings here suit Asia and Australia. Tell me where you are in your request and we will sort it out.
Language matters more than people expect
I work in English and Russian. If Russian is your first language, I would strongly encourage you to work in it. Hypnotic suggestion operates through nuance, rhythm and connotation, and those are precisely what a second language flattens — even a fluent one.
Privacy across borders
Your intake, session video, clinical notes and recordings all run through SimplePractice, which is HIPAA-compliant and used widely across US healthcare. Booking and payment for each session go through a secure Calendly link. Nothing about your care runs through consumer messaging apps.
Working together remotely
Does hypnosis really work over video?
Yes, and better than most things do. Your eyes are closed for the majority of a session, so the medium matters far less than it would for body-based work. What you need is a private room and headphones, not a particular building.
Which countries do you work with?
Effectively any, subject to time zones. I have worked with clients across North America, Europe and further afield. Hypnotherapy is not licensed across borders the way psychotherapy is, which makes international work straightforward.
What about time zones?
I am in the Pacific time zone. Mornings here work well for Europe, and evenings here work for Asia and Australia. Tell me where you are and we will find something workable.
Do you work in languages other than English?
English and Russian. Hypnosis in your first language is genuinely better — suggestion works through nuance, and nuance is the first thing lost in a second language.
What platform do you use, and is it private?
Secure video through SimplePractice, the HIPAA-compliant platform that also holds your intake, notes and recordings. Booking and payment for each session go through a secure Calendly link I send you. Nothing runs through consumer chat apps.
Ready to try a different approach to your pain?
Send a request and tell me what you are dealing with. I reply within one to two business days with your intake paperwork and a secure link to pay and pick your time. No payment is taken at the request stage.
Requests go to a secure, HIPAA-compliant SimplePractice form — no payment is taken there. Sessions are held online by video, worldwide.
